Our journey began in 2016 as special events caterers for weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate events. However, in 2020, the pandemic brought challenges to our catering business. To adapt, we took over a family restaurant and navigated through two years of the pandemic.
In early 2022, we received a call from an organization we had previously catered for, inquiring about prepared meals. This marked a significant turning point for our company. We made a strategic pivot to provide freshly made, culturally sensitive, pre-packaged meals to organizations that feed at-risk communities facing food insecurity. This change in direction has become a defining moment for our business.
