Meet Chef Anthony Accomando
Anthony comes from a long family history in the restaurant business. He graduated from the French Culinary Institute in 2003, and in 2013 he was named one of the Best Chefs of America. He has Co-Owned two restaurants Antoine McGuire’s & Adagio. He has been featured in Hudson Valley Magazine, New City Patch, LoHud named him ” A Chef to watch”. His lobster roll made a debut in The Wall Street Journal as one of the “Break through rolls beyond Maine”. His love and passion for food comes out in every bite you savor. He enjoys traditional French cuisine and loves infusing it into many of his menus. His creativity and love of art, culture and music allows him to take all of his passions and combine them into one amazing event for any occasion.
Meet Chef Angela Rivera!
Her culinary experience began as a kid watching three generations of her step Mother’s family bring food that was deeply steeped in tradition to the table. She took that into adult hood and cooking has always been a way for her to relax and escape. Although she never intended on becoming a Chef it unfolded after finding herself on my own path to Health & Wellness.In 2009 she graduated the Natural Gourmet Institute for health & Culinary Arts. Her focus is bringing delicious food to your vegan, vegetarian & gluten free guests. I want people to experience healthy eating and walk away thinking that was one of the most amazing meals I’ve ever had.
